The mission of Celina I.S.D. Counseling Program is to provide a high-quality, data-driven, comprehensive school counseling service with equal access to all students.  Our program is designed to help all students advance in their academics, develop their social and emotional skills, and to form career foundations and personal strengths in order to become responsible and productive citizens of society.
